The terms "Streetread", "We" and "Us", as stated anywhere in this Agreement, refer to the current Website owner, Streetread, LLC. Website Registration:

As stated in our Privacy Policy, individuals under the age of thirteen (13) are strictly prohibited the use of this Website's services. When registering on this Website, you must provide a valid email address of which you are the sole owner and operator. A single user is prohibited to register more than once, even if they own or operate multiple email addresses. Such an occurrence can result in the termination of their accounts and restriction from the Website. When registering, you are to specify a password for your account. We do not claim ownership to these images or the data associated with them.

Third-Party RSS Feeds:

The news headlines made available on Streetread.com originate from third-party websites, and are the property of their respected companies. We do not claim ownership for any of the news headlines or the external websites and/or content linked from them. These RSS feeds are made available under specific terms (see individual websites for the exact terms). We are also not responsible for any content available in these feeds or the external websites linked from them. The RSS feeds are gathered and made available automatically by our software. News headlines for individual stock symbols are provided by, and are the property of, Yahoo! Finance.

External Websites Linked To And/Or Displayed Within:

Streetread.com employs the use of IFRAME tags to display most external news stories within Streetread.com itself, solely for the convenience of the user. As it may appear that this content is part of Streetread.com, it is not, and is the property of the website being displayed. We are not responsible for any of the content displayed or actions taken on, or as the result of, external websites, displayed within, or linked to. We are also not responsible for the accuracy of any data or content displayed within, or on external websites linked to.

Financial Data and Charts:

Streetread.com currently displays stock charts for available stock symbols from Prophet.net. These charts are the property of Prophet.net and are forbidden to be copied or redistributed without the expressed consent from their owner. The stock charts feature current and historical financial data provided 'as is' and solely for informational purposes, not for trading purposes or advice. The accuracy and timeliness of this data is not guaranteed in any way. We are not responsible for this data and any actions you may take in lieu of it. It is recommended that you seek professional assistance before taking part in any financial activities.

Promotional Offers:

Streetread.com displays promotional offers to registered users upon registration, which are also available via the users account settings page. These offers are provided by Opt-Intelligence.com and are no way endorsed by, supported, or guaranteed by Streetread.com. Users are to opt in for these promotions solely at their own risk and discretion. Streetread.com is in no way liable or responsible for anything resulting therein. It is highly recommended that the User research and review the company providing the offer as well as their specific terms and privacy policies.

Termination and Suspension:

We possess the right to terminate and/or suspend your account, any data associated with it, and your access to this Website for any or no reason at all.
